Dr. Ellen Weissman’s approach to therapy involves utilizing Cognitive-Behavioral and Psychodynamic interventions. In her therapeutic approach, she emphasizes a genuine and practical attitude toward therapy which builds rapport quickly and encourages people to feel respected, safe, and understood. Dr. Dustin Weissman’s approach to therapy involves a Cognitive-Behavioral model, utilizing Reality Therapy and Solutions-Focused techniques. He empowers people to become better versions of themselves, living authentic and balanced lives. He helps people achieve this by setting small achievable goals that build confidence, reduce anxiety, and improve mood. He believes that at the core, every individual has strengths that can be harnessed to foster success and well-being.

Executive Coaching

Dr. Dustin Weissman provides Executive (Business) Coaching to professionals seeking to advance themselves in their career and/or improve performance in current roles. He is an entrepreneur at heart and has been helping numerous executives since 2019 grow in their careers and scale their business. In this capacity, he helps people reach their potential, push through anxieties, and achieve levels of success that were mere dreams, if even that. His vision for others often exceeds that of the individual because it is not hampered by insecurities or doubt. He believes in his clients and guides them along the way to work smarter, not harder. He helps executives to be more effective leaders so that they may live more balanced, healthier, and happier lives.

Professional Consultation

Dr. Dustin Weissman is an internationally recognized expert in the field of Cyberpsychology; specifically in regards to online gaming addiction and other internet based addictions. He provides professional consultation to mental health professionals who are treating patients with problematic internet use such as: online gaming addiction, online pornography addiction, social media and smartphone addiction, shopping addiction, gambling addiction, excessive screen time, and augmented or virtual reality addiction.
