Dr. Dustin Weissman’s approach to therapy involves a Cognitive-Behavioral model, utilizing Reality Therapy and Solutions-Focused techniques. He empowers people to become better versions of themselves, living authentic and balanced lives. He helps people achieve this by setting small achievable goals that build confidence, reduce anxiety, and improve mood. He believes that at the core, every individual has strengths that can be harnessed to foster success and well-being.

Executive Coaching

Dr. Dustin Weissman provides Executive (Business) Coaching to professionals seeking to advance themselves in their career and/or improve performance in current roles. He is an entrepreneur at heart and has been helping numerous executives since 2019 grow in their careers and scale their business. In this capacity, he helps people reach their potential, push through anxieties, and achieve levels of success that were mere dreams, if even that. His vision for others often exceeds that of the individual because it is not hampered by insecurities or doubt. He believes in his clients and guides them along the way to work smarter, not harder. He helps executives to be more effective leaders so that they may live more balanced, healthier, and happier lives.

Group Therapy

Group therapy is a form of psychotherapy where a small group of people meet regularly with a trained therapist to discuss their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. It provides a supportive environment where individuals can connect with others who may be facing similar challenges. One major benefit is that it helps people feel less alone and more understood, which can improve emotional well-being. It also allows participants to learn from different perspectives and develop better communication and coping skills. Overall, group therapy can build confidence, encourage personal growth, and create a sense of community. Dr. Dustin Weissman offers a variety of groups, which can be seen here.
